LifeInTheTetons.com is your portal to the spectacular region of western Wyoming and eastern Idaho encompassing Jackson Hole, Teton Valley, the Tetons, and several other mountain ranges. A joint project of Jackson, Wyoming-based Jackson Hole Magazine and Powder Mountain Press, headquartered in Driggs, Idaho, we are dedicated to presenting stories and photographs that embody life in this very special place. Our coverage in print and online includes top-notch photography and writing about wildlife, art, personalities, restaurants, homes, travel, history, real estate, outdoor recreation, and more. We accomplish this through our esteemed publications, Jackson Hole Magazine, Teton Valley Magazine, Teton Home and Living, and the art-specific magazine Images West.
At LifeInTheTetons.com you can access the region 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The website features what you may already love about our print publications—great stories and gorgeous photographs—with the added bonus of the Internet’s immediacy and wealth of tools. At LifeInTheTetons.com you can find our editors’ favorite recipes to suit the season, chuckle over input from other readers, and share your own thoughts and photos. Also featuring a database of dining establishments, accommodations, outfitters, and other service providers, the website makes a great starting point for those outside the region wishing to plan a trip to this vacation paradise.
Our magazines celebrate the great outdoors, and the grand interiors, of the Tetons. We delve deep to tell the stories behind the headlines. Our goal is to open eyes, occasionally bring tears, and always leave a mark on your memory. Our hope is that if you live here, or live elsewhere but love the Tetons like we do, then some aspect of our magazines will touch your heart and soul. Telling stories about the area accurately and with grace is a responsibility we take seriously, especially in light of the vast acreages of publicly owned land—and the wildlife herds living there—that we are entrusted with. From Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge to Yellowstone National Park, and from the immense Bridger-Teton National Forest to the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, it’s all home to us. And it is our pleasure to share it with you.
